By accessing or using the Fulfilment Education platform and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Services, including students, parents, teachers, and administrators.

Fulfilment Education provides an online educational platform offering:

• One-on-one and group tutoring services
• Educational resources and learning materials
• Progress tracking and reporting tools
• Communication tools for students, parents, and teachers
• Lesson scheduling and management systems
• Online video conferencing for remote lessons

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Requirements

To use our Services, you must:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Age Requirements

5. Lesson Packages and Payments

5.1 Purchasing Lessons

Lesson packages are purchased in advance. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused lessons, subject to our refund policy. Lessons already scheduled or completed are non-refundable.

5.3 Lesson Expiry

Lesson packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Expired lessons are non-refundable.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

6.1 Booking Lessons

Lessons must be booked in advance through our platform. Availability is subject to teacher schedules.

6.2 Cancellation Policy

• Student cancellations require 24 hours notice for full credit
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the lesson
• Teacher cancellations will result in full credit or rescheduling
• No-shows without notice will be charged as completed lessons

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content

All content on the Fulfilment Education platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, modify, and display it as necessary to provide our Services.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Teacher Qualifications

All teachers on our platform undergo background checks and qualification verification. However, we recommend parents and students verify teacher credentials independently if desired.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fulfilment Education shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions of third parties, including teachers or students
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fulfilment Education harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harmful behavior toward other users
• Non-payment of fees

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, though we encourage resolution through our support channels first.
