We offer both group and one to one tutoring options. Group tutoring has been proven to be highly effective, with studies showing students in small, collaborative groups can improve their performance by up to 20 to 30 percent. Anna Lemaire
Chief Education Officer
Anna is a Senior Leader and Governor in outstanding secondary schools, with experience as a Head of Year and Head of Faculty. She holds the NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship) and a Master's in Education from the University of Cambridge, where her research on peer tutoring was published in a European academic journal. Alongside teaching, Anna brings governance experience from an Outstanding primary school and pastoral expertise from Restorative Justice programmes. At Fulfilment Education she guides every teacher, drops into lessons to observe, and ensures every child receives the highest quality education.
