Our Commitment to Safeguarding
At Fulfilment Education, we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people who use our services. We take our responsibility to protect students extremely seriously and have robust policies and procedures in place to ensure every child is safe.
We believe that every child has the right to learn in a safe, supportive environment, free from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Our safeguarding practices are aligned with the latest government guidance, including “Keeping Children Safe in Education” and “Working Together to Safeguard Children.”

How We Protect Your Child
DBS Checks & Vetting
All teachers undergo enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks before they can work with students. We also verify qualifications and conduct thorough reference checks.
Online Safety
All online lessons are conducted through secure, password-protected Zoom meetings. Sessions are monitored, and we have strict protocols for online behaviour and communication.
Safeguarding Training
All staff and teachers complete mandatory safeguarding training and receive regular updates. This includes recognising signs of abuse, reporting procedures, and the Prevent duty.
Clear Reporting Procedures
We have clear, documented procedures for reporting concerns. All staff know how to recognise potential safeguarding issues and who to report them to promptly.
