A personal message from our leadership
Chief Education Officer
Chief Education Officer
“At the heart of our Fulfilment Education is a simple belief: every child deserves the chance to achieve their full potential.”
As an educator and leader, I am deeply committed to fostering both academic progress and personal growth. Throughout my career, I have worked as a Head of Year, Head of Faculty, and now as a Senior Leader in outstanding secondary schools. Additionally, I have completed the NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship); these roles have allowed me to support students pastorally and academically, ensuring they learn in a calm, structured, and purposeful environment.
Alongside teaching, I completed a Master’s in Education at the University of Cambridge, researching peer tutoring, which was later published in a European academic journal. My experience extends beyond the classroom, from school governance in an Outstanding primary school to youth support through Restorative Justice programmes. These opportunities have shaped my belief that when educators, families, and students work together, exceptional outcomes are possible.
As CEO, I look forward to supporting our teachers and dropping into lessons to observe and ensure every child receives the highest quality education.
Our tutoring isn’t just convenient; it’s built to deliver real progress and meaningful change. What sets us apart is the level of expertise, structure, and care driving every session.
Led by an Assistant Headteacher with the NPQH
All teachers are led by an Assistant Headteacher with the NPQH, ensuring consistent, high-quality support that matches real school expectations — something most tutoring services simply can’t offer.
Research-backed methods
Our approach uses methods from various education frameworks such as the Education Endowment Framework, and our Cambridge research on peer tutoring, helping students learn more effectively and confidently.
Structured learning plans
Each child receives personalised goals, progress checks, and clear updates for parents, so you know exactly how your child is doing.
SEND-inclusive support
We recognise that inclusion is important and our teachers understand the need for differentiation. Where possible, we adapt sessions to meet diverse learning needs, helping every child thrive — not just keep up.
Strong safeguarding and wellbeing focus
With a pastoral background and Restorative Justice experience, sessions are safe, supportive, and centred on the whole child.
Confidence-building environment
Many children feel more relaxed online, allowing them to participate more freely and grow their independence.
Flexible and stress-free
No commutes, no rushing — just high-quality learning from home that fits easily into family life.
Our goal is simple: to inspire confidence, spark curiosity, and help every child build on their strengths to achieve outstanding results.
Our CEO is currently a Senior Leader and Governor. See the impact below.
